How long will it take for my yarn to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the country. International shipping can take between 7-14 business days depending on your location and customs processing.
What is your return policy for skeins and notions?
We accept returns on unused, unopened items in their original condition within 30 days of purchase. Please note that wound yarn is considered a custom service and cannot be returned.
Do you offer a yarn winding service?
Yes, we can wind your hanks into cakes for a small fee. Simply select the 'Wind my yarn' option on the product page before adding the item to your cart.
Are the colors on my screen accurate to the actual yarn?
While we strive for color accuracy in our photography, please note that monitor settings vary. Additionally, hand-dyed yarns have natural variations even within the same dye lot.
