Feli is a totally unique yarn created by wrapping a cashmere boucle (brushed) around the finest grade merino. The result is an amazingly soft, light, luxurious yarn with a beautiful texture.
But it's not like an old-school traditional "bouclé" - you know, the type where your needles would get caught in all those annoying loops. There's nothing catchy or acrylic-y here. Just buttery soft fuzz.
Fabric created with Feli is light, with a delicate handle (the yarn is strong though), and fuzzy halo that still some how allows for stitch definition and doesn't shed. There's a proper core made of plied merino, so it's light, but with some substance.
We love that some of the colourways have different coloured merino cores to the cashmere which adds extra depth and interest.
And this generous DK / Light Worsted gives you a whole 150m / 50g instead of the more typical 100m skeins.
